Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a STELLAR stay for two nights. Booked standard double room, that was provided with kitchen and shampoo, as example.

Clean terrific accommodation with useful staff and particularly good location close to everything...

We got a room with a bathtub. Location: the hotel was just off many restaurants and bars and a grocery store, excellant coffee shop, and a restaurant that reportedly serves the best ceviche and fish tacos and the next-door Cafe where the breakfast vouchers where for.

We got an upgrade to a well-maintained room with a safe box, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar. A handy kitchenette was a plus. Our accommodation was set in a very central location very close to the Malecon and many restaurants and bars, beachfront and many restaurants.

Separate room with a kitchen, a spacious bedroom plus large shower. Really helpful staff, free wake up service and ironing available. Marvellous and ideal location, at a medium distance from Malecon.

The location was marvellous and amazing in the next-door Cafe where the breakfast vouchers were for and the atmosphere was quiet. And it was also really close to a great supermarket, fantastic restaurant to eat at and the malecon and restaurants. Liked a safe box, multi-channel television and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. A great selection of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone.

The staff were not very helpful, didn't expect that coming.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The location is superb, on wide and safe streets. The staff is very attentive and offered top-notch services like room service, car hire, and laundry. The room amenities were luxurious, with a balcony and sitting area, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The restaurant offers a delicious breakfast, and the leisure facilities like the swimming pool and massage services are perfect to relax after a day exploring.

Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Everything was spot on.

Had a really comfortable stay for two nights and would like to stay longer. The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a really quiet area, so close to the promenade/downtown area, great restaurants and cafes, the great McFishers, El Morante, Doce Cuarenta. We truly enjoyed the family room which was well-maintained with kitchen.

This hotel is well-located in a safe area, and we found the staff to be friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all basic amenities needed for our stay, including a kitchenette and two queen beds. Breakfast was included and it was delicious.

No negative aspects to mention, our stay was enjoyable.

The room was comfortable and the staff was loyal, not to mention the clean pool!

The interior of this place is very nice, and we really enjoyed how close it is to the malecon.
